How you will make an impact:

As our Billing and Collections Analyst, you'll be essential to driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Iterable's Order to Cash operations. Reporting to the Order to Cash Manager, you will help operate and build a best in class, scalable collections, invoicing, and A/R function to support our rapid growth. You will also have opportunities to assist in system implementation and related optimization projects. This is an incredible opportunity to join a highly motivated and fun team poised for success.

In this role you'll get to:

• Process sales order in our billing system and review for data integrity and accuracy
• Process customer billings and verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoices
• Upload invoices against POs in vendor portals as needed
• Apply deposits, including cash, credit card, and electronic payments
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of accounts receivables and related accounts
• Manage billing inbox to address customer and Customer Success inquiries and requests around billing
• Facilitate approvals and process credits where appropriate
• Build and manage collections process to maintain healthy aged receivable balances
• Serve as primary point of contact with third party collections agency
• Participate in system and process optimization projects to help scale operations
• Field various audit requests where appropriate
• Be a versatile team player that can perform various tasks ranging from routine close procedures to ad-hoc projects

We are looking for people who have:

• 2+ years of experience in billing and collections
• Knowledge of SaaS billing systems such as Zuora
• Familiarity of subscription and overage usage billing practices
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, high growth, and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience recommending and implementing process improvements
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks; strong organizational and time management skills required
• Enjoys working with customers and cross-functional departments as it relates to billing
