Today we're a 300 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO.

  • Revenue Operations supports the structure and function of MOO's Customer & Growth Teams. We enable greater efficiency and effectiveness in support of strategies to consistently provide more engaging customer experiences

As the Associate Director of Revenue Operations, you will support the Commercial team by building scalable processes and robust technology capabilities that ensure best practices in customer engagement, lead generation, data management, Sales methodologies and reporting.

You are a strategic leader who can identify key priorities to enable commercial leaders in addressing and identifying customer and market growth opportunities and use data to design solutions. You will serve as a trusted leader within the customer team and manage a team of operations managers in their support of leadership across the commercial team. You will own the roadmap to advance our sales and marketing technology to enable greater access and understanding of our customers and create automated processes for more personalized engagement.

The successful candidate will have experience enabling sales teams through systems, process and analytics. They will work as a leader in the Customer team and have experience in marketing technology that allows for greater understanding of customers to create meaningful engagements and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the expert and own the systems & processes supporting our sales and marketing channels that effectively engage customers and provide more efficient back end processes.
  • Manage, Hire, Train and Inspire a team of operations employees that report to you
  • Own the incentive plans and compensation calculation for the team
  • Support the development of the sales and marketing technology vision, roadmap and phases of evolution
  • Lead procurement efforts for new technology across the teams along with their annual renewals
  • Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes to ensure best practices across the Customer team
  • Work together with other sales/marketing members and business analytics teams to ensure the alignment of key processes and programs for managing and measuring sales efforts
  • Collaborate with billing and product to support deal activations across payment channels and build processes in support of that
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class reporting and dashboards capturing key metrics, to show efficiency and service levels across our systems
  • Monitor and maintain data quality & hygiene within our key systems

About You:

  • You are someone who looks to drive innovation and focuses strongly on continuous improvement within teams & technologies
  • A strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies that enhance the customer experience and enables efficient processes
  • Hands on, deep familiarity with Salesforce.com and experience with other sales and marketing productivity tools (Pardot, Gong, Groove, etc)
  • Data savvy with the ability to turn sales and customer insights into recommended action plans
  • You have an understanding of eCommerce, and the requirements for improving the customer experience
  • You are an expert in problem solving.
  • You have breadth and depth of knowledge and are able to coach others in solving these problems too
  • You have the leadership experience to motivate a cross functional team in achieving a common goal
  • You think team first and possess a positive, enthusiastic demeanor and sense of humor
