Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager

As an AR & Collections Manager, you'll play a key role in designing & implementing processes around cash collection and payment application. In this role, you will play a vital part in laying the foundation for scaling the business to support the continued growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage global cash collections and payment applications from manual invoices and payment processor (PayStand).
• Monitor DSO and Average Collection Period to determine if adjustments to collection policies are necessary
• Manage & enhance scalable dunning notifications and collaborate with business partners on appropriate strategies.
• Manage an AR & Collections team across US & Israel.
• Establish and maintain a quarterly subscription deactivation and AR write-off schedule and policy.
• Responsible for allowance for doubtful accounts analysis, methodology, and recording the JE in Netsuite.
• Manage month-end close tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.
• Collaborate with the IT team on automation and enhancement projects to continuously improve processes.
• Partner with FP&A on cash forecasting and provide management with monthly & adhoc cash collection metrics.
• Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers (i.e., Sales, FP&A, Customer-Success, Revenue Accounting, Billing Team).
• Develop, document, and maintain AR & Cash Collections policies.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of high volume B2B collections experience in public software or SaaS company preferred
• Comfortable with ambiguity and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of operational accounting procedures and month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Experience with managing and developing a world-class collection team, including members across different regions & timezones
• Working knowledge of Netsuite and Salesforce CPQ is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and common goals
• Proven verbal and written communication skills with all levels of internal and external customers
• Self-starter with a proven track record in a sales support role with stellar customer service skills
