I support the Customer Education team in bringing education to customers and helping drive time to value!

As part of the Customer Education team, I design and deliver self-paced learning scripts, videos, courses, and in-person/virtual workshop materials. I work with cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Education is communicating the value. I excel at visual and verbal communication, love collaborating across all business units, and am highly organized and extremely proactive.

You're excited about this role because you will:
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Education team to execute the curriculum design vision for customers.
  • Develop engaging and FUN content for delivery in various formats for our customers, always ensuring the most epic customer experience.
  • Developing virtual workshop (VILT) content for delivery to customers
  • Delivering virtual workshops (VILT) in person or virtually to customers
  • Developing self paced learning modules for availability in the LMS, including script writing and storyboarding
  • Developing self paced learning courses, including script writing and storyboarding
  • Writing certification exam questions and exams. Strategizing where to include the exam
  • Translating English language learning materials and visuals into Japanese and/or Mandarin
  • Customer Education roadmap planning in collaboration with the Customer Education team
  • Building out scalable processes so expectations and deliverables are transparent, enabling the teams to execute while balancing this with enough agility to shift and move quickly when needed - simply put, executing and delivering in a first class way
  • Assisting in identifying work efforts, milestones and dependencies and recommend ways to increase efficiency and asset value.
  • Listening and learning from business partners, understanding how people and departments best communicate and integrating with the way they work
You should recognize yourself in the following...
  • 5 years of experience leading complex customer education projects as an Instructional Designer, Course Developer, Content Producer Technical Trainer or combination of these roles, ideally
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Must speak Japanese and/or Mandarin fluently
  • Have a passion and experience with mobile and/ or data industries and helping businesses to make data driven decisions
  • Bring high-energy, and a positive attitude
  • Strong project management abilities - you need to be able to work independently and autonomously and do so while liaising with stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of Adult Learning theory and ways to drive engagement through content and gamification.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, often ambiguous environment
  • Passionate about driving time to value for customers
  • Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels and influencing without authority
  • Experience with Camtasia, Articulate RISE, or other course development tools required.
  • Thought Industries LMS experience preferred
  • Your focus will primarily be on the APAC region, but we are a global company and work together as one team, and the ability to work globally and with other regions is a must!
