• We're looking for a Technology Manager to support our IT infrastructure
• Someone to ensure connectivity, availability of applications and services within the company in Brazil. A brilliant problem solver passionated about IT systems, networks and all the related technologies

What you'll be doing

• Supporting infrastructure services provided by vendor(s) to ensure connectivity, availability of applications and services within the company both locally and regionally
• Installing, supporting and maintaining hardware and software IT infrastructure
• Supporting and understanding policies, procedures and standards e.g.: Incident Management and Change Management within the team
• Assisting in managing planned/ad-hoc projects (migration, setting new Corporate software, change/refresh of equipment, etc.) and ensures cohesive team performance
• Participating in global projects (company-wide)
• Supporting IT assets, software licenses, maintenance, and inventory list locally
• Facilitating high level functional specifications discussion and participate in system integration testing
• Working with IT vendors, negotiates pricing, RFP's and RFI's, manages and monitors IT vendors performance and delivery schedules
• Understanding network structure (including configuring network devices)
• Participating in any type of IT audits

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies in a similar role
• Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent English is a must to have, please apply with your resume in English
