Our IT Team is core to Instabase's strategy for enabling business growth and team velocity. We engineer solutions that remove commercial blockers, increase employee productivity and help teams scale. This team works on a wide range of domains from cloud systems administration, systems integration architecture and security enablement all while supporting over 400 employees, contractors and systems distributed across the globe.

As an IT Engineer, you'll play a leading role in architecting and implementing our growing global environment. You'll partner closely with a number of teams, including Engineering, Security, HR and Sales. As we scale you will play a key role in building new systems and finding new ways to improve our infrastructure, security and systems.

What you'll do:

• Scope, plan and implement software, hardware and networking project work
• Administer key corporate systems including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Kandji and Microsoft Intune
• Own Identity Access Management (IAM), architecting HRIS, entitlement management, directory configuration and workflow automation
• Lead building out and maintaining our Zero Trust posture (e.g. ZScaler ZIA)
• Configure systems and establish processes in line with compliance standards such as SOC 2 and FedRAMP
• Define and implement a cohesive IT architecture to allow the company to scale proactively

About you:

• Proven experience implementing and administering IT infrastructure and services for a growing organization
• Strong experience in Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Proficient in building and administering modern cloud-forward IT environments
• Ability to operate with a "security first" mindset
• Experience working within an agile project framework
• Scripting and coding experience
• Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to self prioritize and drive projects and tasks autonomously
• Natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
