We've made some astounding strides in technology, but there's much work to do still. As a cloud-born IT organization, we do things a little differently and we like to break the traditional IT model by thinking creatively about how we can make the day-to-day life of our employees simple. What Expel Can Do For You

• Provide the autonomy to define/prioritize problems & propose/implement solutions
• Deliver never-ending opportunities to try out new tech to tackle business problems
• Connect you with security practitioners and business leaders as potential mentors
• Ensure you get the management support, coaching, and feedback to make you successful

What You Can Do For Expel

• Provide stable services to staff by keeping configurations and software current and in-line with internal policy and procedures
• Perform routine audits of key IT and Engineering infrastructure to ensure we're aligned with our audit standards and internal procedures and policies
• Stay ahead of new product releases and ensure that they'll be interoperable with other systems and services
• Inform your fellow Expletives of new features or functions that will improve efficiency or productivity
• Routinely adjust and configure applications and services based on end-user feedback, as related to usability and functionality
• Create and continuously update internal and end-user facing documentation and standard operating procedures
• Adapt to changes of direction because, hey, startup life
• Add more humor to our day to days (we regularly poke fun at our leadership team in creative ways)

What You Should Bring With You

• A desire and ability to constantly learn and improve yourself and your network
• The ability to communicate and work effectively with others (after all, your stakeholders are the rest of the company)
• Ability to juggle a combination of interrupt-driven and project level work
• Exceptional technology troubleshooting ability, including root cause analysis
• A desire to look at a problem and think: Why the @$&! isn't this automated yet?
• Understanding of networking and Wireless infrastructure
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in macOS and Windows 10
• Understanding of group policy and Windows 10 administration
• Experience managing cloud SaaS applications such as Google Workplace and Office 365
• A combination of 5+ years in end-user support, endpoint management, engineering or administration
• A college degree or credible panache
