About the role:

The Lead IT engineer will be responsible for supporting the IT needs of Apollo's rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAAS IT infrastructure, supporting Macs, working with ticketing systems and providing day to day support for users in a tech company.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Operate the processes of the IT department, including deployment and support of hardware, software and SAAS
- Support onboarding for users including user accounts and hardware delivery
- Support Apollo's staff with hardware and software issues
- Assist with the selection, implementation, and maintenance of key IT systems, including cloud-based solutions, workflow and endpoint management.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement technology solutions that support their needs

- Ability to support Mac and common SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technology solutions and make recommendations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- IT experience at a mid size tech company
- Supporting SaaS applications
- Support of global, remote users
