We have an exciting opportunity for a Jr SecOps Specialist to join one of our offices in Rzesz?w, Lodz or Bia?'ystok. You will be a great communicator with an excellent English level.

The successful Jr SecOps Specialist will be working closely alongside extremely talented and driven engineers to build and support eCommerce / Marketplaces business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with a ticketing system to document, prioritise and resolve support requests.
• Conduct meetings with users, technical teams, and business units
• Work accurately in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail.
• Perform new account creation and account change requests for emails and active directories.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Work with teams and vendors on remediation of vulnerabilities
• Liaison with technical teams and business units to gather information on potential vulnerabilities
• Self-motivated and possesses good written, verbal, listening and presentation skills

What You Should Have:

• Good communication skills over the phone, email, text, or chat
• Resourceful, can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills
