We are seeking an IT Engineer with good technical problem-solving skills but must have excellent interpersonal skills as they will interact with individuals from various departments and executive levels. A successful candidate will help to drive our Security focused operations within the IT Operations team. Candidates must excel at communications as they will provide escalated support to individuals or staff at all levels.

What you'll do here:

  • Provide multi tiered level support; support tier one technicians, escalation point for Saas issues, and system implementations with management and vendor guidance and support
  • Good troubleshooting, reasoning, and communication skills
  • Provide oversight for 150 plus Saas
  • Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
  • Follow Change Control methodologies
  • Help shape and enforce IT Security Policies as well as evaluate current and future security measures for Boulevard
  • Ensure top-notch new employee onboarding experiences but automating provisions via Okta
  • Monitor IT system, respond timely to technical problems and engage vendors when required
  • In-depth working knowledge with identity management systems (i.e. Okta), must be able to create workflows, automation, and implement new applications with provisioning
  • Track issues, progress and resolutions using ticketing systems and related platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong focus on automation
  • High level experience managing MDM or RMM tools (i.e. Jamf, Intune), required to implement, configure and maintain. Follow all best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Anticipate problems and address them proactively. Continually monitor and assess support requirements. Create system support documentation as needed.
  • Ability to work independently or in partnership to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Firm understanding of supporting fully remote staff
  • Day to day technical support, proactive monitoring and management, evaluation of new and emerging technologies, and maintaining vendor support relationships
  • Sense of urgency and understanding customers needs
  • Help define best practices for various technical systems
  • System policy management

Experience:

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred in related fields
  • 5+ Okta System Administration, Jamf, Crowdstrike
  • Nice to have: Atlassian System Administration
  • 3+ Years AWS
  • Maintain SaaS-based systems; Google Apps for Work, Slack, Google Email/ Groups and other business specific platforms
  • Experience with implementations of Saas, following best practices and security protocols
  • Firm understanding PCI, HIPPA, GDPR and CCPA, including activiely engaging in audits and discovery
  • Bash and Powershell scripting skills
  • Experience in Incident management
  • Experience and oversight with DLP Tools and Endpoint Management
  • Management of DNS/MX records, SPF/ DMARC
