• We're building one of the best Information Security teams to make Revolut the safest place to keep your money - and that's where you come in. We're looking for a Head of Information Security who'll take care of our information security and fraud prevention A result-oriented individual who'll work closely with multiple stakeholders in Technology and the broader business. We need someone with vision and ideas who will tackle any problem as well as with the ability to roll your sleeves up and get involved

What you'll be doing

• Reducing information security risk
• Mitigating fraud risk, coming up with innovative solutions to complex problems
• Policy and procedure writing and implementing as efficient processes
• Reviewing and improving of existing processes and policies to ensure their high standard
• Working closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal and Operations to ensure a high standard of information security.
• Working with third party InfoSec auditors (penetration testing, PCI compliance etc)

What you'll need

• Strong English language skills
• Understanding of IT risks
• 6+ years of experience in InfoSec and Cyber Security
• Experience setting up policies and processes in InfoSec area
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC 2/3 or other global standards
• Familiarity with fraud prevention in financial services (payment methods, digital onboarding)
• Familiarity with relevant regulation?
• Understanding of cloud technology
• Understanding of agile development processes and devops
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive and result-driven approach
• Fast learner attitude

• Data skills
• Experience in the FinTech industry
