Our Engineering Team architects the underlying operating system, core services, platform infrastructure, dev toolkits, core algorithms, machine learning models, packaged end-user apps, and app store marketplace. Instabase engineers are excited to solve hard problems for complex organizations and are self-starters from day one.

As an Engineering Manager for the Site Reliability Team you will own the strategy and product roadmap for all reliability efforts at the company.

What you'll do:

  • Set the strategy and technical direction for Site Reliability at Instabase and own the reliability charter for both our current Enterprise product and growing SaaS product.
  • Define the SRE function at Instabase
  • Attract and retain top SRE talent to Instabase
  • Develop a healthy and collaborative culture that embodies Instabase's values

About you:

  • BS (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics).
  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience managing a Site Reliability Engineering team
  • Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer preferred
