Sr UX Designer

Spark Digital builds teams based on the unique needs of every project. We have team members working on-site in our clients offices, we have team members who work out of our three offices in Argentina (Buenos Aires, Mar del Plata, and Tandil). And, we also have remote team members throughout Argentina, other South American countries and the USA.

Your mission

As a Sr UX Designer your mission is to identify, define, communicate, and, most importantly, solve problems. You inhabit the mind of users and advocate for them at every turn. You partner with clients to understand their vision and their goals and work hand-in-hand with them to produce solutions that exceed their expectations and delight their users.

As a Sr UX Designer, you will:

• Understands clients' key business goals; generates business intelligence to help drive design decisions
• Oversees user research and develops insights to inform UX strategies
• Aligns user needs with business objectives and product requirements
• Manifests the client's product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping and conducting user-testing
• Translates concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Maintains a constant dialogue with clients, present solutions and proposals, and lead discussions that elicit meaningful feedback
• Oversees and mentors junior team members, ensuring the quality of their work and supporting their professional development

Your Profile

• Relevant experience solving problems unique and ordinary, complex and simple
• Highly passionate and collaborative, who enjoys working as part of team
• Strong project leadership skills, and a proven ability to earn and keep clients' trust
• Proven ability to lead and translate UX research into design strategies
• Competency in all UX practices and disciplines
• Ability to articulate and educate internal and external teams on UX practices
• Strong advocate and ambassador for design thinking and a champion of human-centered design
• Experience designing across platforms and devices
• Experience working with distributed teams and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
• Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
