This role sits within what we call the "Funnel" team. They are the face of Funding Circle and work passionately to make sure small businesses have an incredible experience in getting the funding they need.

What will you be doing?

This role determines how Funding Circle is seen in the world. You will be an integral member of the Customer Experience team (with Product and Engineering) focused primarily on delivering customer-facing Product improvements that drive established goals. You will also have the opportunity to lead other high priority Product and Marketing initiatives and contribute to a wide array of projects, including paid advertising (digital and offline), partnerships, website UX, 3rd party integrations, and customer design projects. You will have design ownership over many projects but will also need to execute on prescriptive iterations to test and achieve measured outcomes.

Are you?

• Excited to design and improve a comprehensive customer experience around key touch points throughout the life of a loan.
• Bringing 4+ years of relevant experience with a combination of visual design and UX. A strong portfolio in both branding and funnel optimizations will make you a standout candidate.
• Focused on designing optimal user journeys for achieving specific goals.
• Able to demonstrate how your designs fit into the broader product strategy and company objectives.
• Comfortable with testing and iterating customer journeys through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Able to recognize and apply best practices in layout, color theory, composition, typography, graphic design, responsiveness, and form optimizations for both web and mobile.
• Experience in Print design and file preparation is a plus.

• Colorado Only* Base Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 + equity + benefits
