Senior UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX designer with strong experience in B2B SaaS and Cloud based web applications. Someone who has experience solving complex problems. This role is NOT about making things cool instead of making things usable.

If your first step to solving the design problem is to open Figma and create UI, then this job is not for you!

What you'll be doing

• Reporting to the head of UX you are expected to:
• Work independently as well as part of the UX team.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to drive product strategy and to design/improve simple experiences that our customers love.
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production.
• Create high fidelity interactive prototypes in Axure RP.
• Conduct initial user research and later usability testing.
• Contribute to and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work.
• What we'd like you to bring to the table
• 7+ years of solid UX Design experience.
• Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users, ideally in B2B SaaS, Cloud domain.
• Ability to follow the UX design process from concept to implementation.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, functional flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Understanding of design systems, patterns, best practices, and design standards.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency prototyping in Axure.
