Senior Product Designer

Lead design efforts to visualize the future of our end-to-end user experience from concept to delivery on all platforms (web, iOS, Android)

Facilitate brainstorming and concepting sessions with cross-functional product teams to elicit ideas and help build shared understanding of our users and use cases

Identify opportunities to maximize customer value and business outcomes

Drive the development of hypotheses, objectives, and requirements to develop concepts for our product strategy and roadmap

Work closely with Product and Engineering to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, and market dynamics

Participate in user research activities by testing and measuring ideas that make a positive impact on the experience

Use customer-driven insights to deliver simple, yet elegant solutions that bring clarity to an otherwise complex space

Present designs and solicit feedback from partners and stakeholders across the organization

Elevate the craft and quality of our products and web-based tools

Be a strong advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices
