Responsibilities

Content Creation

Use your understanding of SafetyCulture's products, problems, and customers to bring your creativity to create awesome and engaging product video tutorials.

You will be part of our Knowledge Team to:

  • Become a product expert and know the problems we're trying to solve for our customers.
  • Use your creativity to storyboard videos that help our customers understand concepts and how-to instructions.
  • Create beautiful illustrations, graphic designs, and motion graphics to help explain product concepts in videos.
  • Create content for the product that supports our vision for a best-in-class self-service experience for our customers.
  • Edit and assemble screen recordings and voiceovers that will be provided to you by the SafetyCulture Knowledge team.
  • Produce and edit each tutorial/explainer in-line with SafetyCulture's brand standards, including logo and text titles from a template, video pacing, animations, appropriate music, and basic b-roll in the introduction.
  • Review each edited video draft with the Knowledge Team and make any final adjustments to the edit.
  • Upload each completed video to Wistia and YouTube.
  • Manage video SEO by copying and pasting the title and description from the relevant support article to the YouTube description, using pre-defined keyword tags, and adding any necessary end screens.
  • Attach closed captions for different languages to YouTube and Wistia.
  • Make basic video tutorials for internal staff onboarding.

Kpi

Experience required

  • 1-3 years prior experience in editing, including dialogue pacing, text titles, and audio dialogue processing, is desired.
  • 1-3 years experience in Apple Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Intermediate level with Adobe After Effects: Ability to design and animate typography, transitions, full frames with text supers; design end frames and animate still elements of the UI/UX of the product's interface for the tutorials.
  • Ability to compose combined layouts on-screen (split screens etc.), customize provided After Effects templates and create your own over time.

We are located in the Insular Life building in Ayala Avenue Makati City, just across Ayala Triangle. Situated in the heart of the premier business district of Manila, a variety of malls, restaurants, cafes, and fast food joints are easily accessible and within walking distance from our office.
