About our team

The design team at Plaid is made up of product designers, design systems designers, brand designers, researchers, and content strategists who work with our cross-functional partners to create Plaid's products.

We believe that financial freedom includes all types of financial information, especially when it comes to how credit is determined. Our Credit product allows consumers seeking loans to verify their assets or income by connecting lenders with their bank accounts or payroll providers. We want to help change how credit is determined so that those without access to traditional credit scores can access the funds they need.

What you will do

We're looking for an experienced product designer to join our Credit Design team. Here you will spend time working with both Plaid customers and end-users to understand their needs and convert research insights into world-class experiences. You will be helping Plaid bring to life new products at the edge of the fintech ecosystem that help make credit accessible to all.

Within the Credit team, you will be supporting and even running research to uncover insights, shaping long-term product strategy together with cross-functional partners, and designing and shipping world-class experiences.
