Description of the role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Working with the Creative Brand Director, Creative Lead and team members to shape and execute creatives around product launches, brand content and CRM campaigns
• Concepting, designing and delivering strong email campaigns, working with both in-house teams and external partners
• Collaborating with Marketing and copy teams to create channel content
• Staying ahead of the curve with design on digital platforms and best practices
• Working directly with in-house Art Director and Photographer to achieve assets to support and improve creative, from conceptualising new assets to working on iterative versions

Requirements

• Design experience working in design agency or in-house experience
• Experience of creating and designing beautiful and effective brand work for digital outputs
• An amazing portfolio packed with great layout, imagery and content curation alongside examples of strong animation skills. The role is not UX/UI/Product Design focused.
• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, video editing experience and animation skills
• Working to tight deadline with accuracy and speed, whilst being forward thinking and innovative
• The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.

Our interview process

First, you will meet the hiring manager for a 45 minute chat about all things Beauty Pie, the role and specifically the team you have applied to work with.

Remember, interviews are a two way thing - so use each stage as an opportunity to ask away any questions you may have for us too!

• Next, you will meet another member (or two!) of the team you will be working with.
• This will be a similar format as your first interview, where we will assess your skills and experience along with key competencies for the role.
• Finally, our culture and values are our DNA, which is why every Beauty Pie member finishes our process with a light hearted culture fit interview. This is a chance for you to really get a glimpse into what it's like to work with us. Our advice for this stage? Just have fun!
