Ahead of our biggest year yet, we're excited to start the search for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team! We are seeking a talented, energetic, and self-motivated designer to help us continue to take our visual identity to the next level. From website assets to social media posts to digital display ads to sales collateral and presentations, this role will provide a true opportunity for cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for upholding the visual consistency of the Cutover brand, while designing and contributing to its future growth.

Your mission as Graphic Designer at Cutover:

  • Work closely with the Design lead and Marketing team in ideating and executing brand materials
  • Collaborate with other teams within Cutover to develop and ideate design concepts
  • Develop, refine, and execute all aspects of chosen design concepts
  • Execute on-brand design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and sophisticated use of color palette.
  • Project types include (not limited to): Visual development of website, digital ads, social posts and ads, sales/marketing collateral (e-guides and PowerPoints), custom graphics, data visualizations.
  • Designing for web design and digital asset development initiatives in collaboration with creative, product, and marketing teams
  • Maintain our brand standards

What we'd like you to bring to the table:

  • BFA in graphic design or related discipline
  • 1-3+ years experience working as a professional graphic designer at an agency, tech company, or similar setting
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
  • Proficient with prototyping tools such as Figma (or Sketch, and Invision etc...)
  • A self starter, energetic, enthusiastic, and personable
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience designing for responsive sites for desktop and mobile
  • A bonus if experienced with Webflow
  • Excellent attention to detail - design, color, and typographic skills
  • Strong organizational skills
