We're seeking a Visual Designer with a track record of executing best-in-class brand experiences across a multitude of touchpoints both digital and physical.

You will work with the Brand & Web Experience team as well as partners across the organization as we harmonize our marketing experiences under the Wiz brand umbrella.

You bring passion, organized thinking, and impeccable craft. You have several years of experience designing across a range of formats and scales, from ideating concepts and executing against them with attention to detail, to working with and developing design systems.

What You'll Do:

Bring the Wiz visual brand to life through physical, print, digital, and interactive experiences, doing so in partnership with others on the Brand team and cross-functional partners
Champion and influence how the Wiz brand expresses itself through the use and further development of guidelines, systems, and processes to ensure quality and consistency at scale
Collaborate with other designers, researchers, product managers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners to serve a global audience
Execute at quality in a hyper-growth company while maintaining and up-leveling excellence in quality
Maintain and build out the design direction of the Wiz visual brand in partnership with the Brand Design team
Work with the Brand & Web Experience team on multiple projects at once spanning the entire Wiz brand; from digital projects (such as digital advertising or website updates) to physical ones (such as events materials, campaigns, and collateral).

What You'll Bring:

4+ years industry experience delivering world class design
Strong portfolio of design showing excellent sense of typography, layout, communication, and digital design principles
An eagle-eyed attention to detail in your own design craft and that of others
Experience collaborating and communicating with a wide range of internal, partner, customer, and executive level audiences
A systems-oriented design approach, extrapolating and extending shared patterns and behaviors
Experience working on design systems, toolkit development, and stewardship
Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Apple Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience thriving while managing rapidly changing priorities and project ambiguity
Enthusiasm for growth and ability to wear multiple hats and navigate challenges where you'll have impact by adapting, improvising and distilling clarity from complex inputs
Experience in communicating ideas and presenting to gain consensus on new ideas and processes
