We're looking for a Design Producer to help our Brand Design team deliver beautiful, compelling, and impactful work. In this role, you'll be working closely with the Head of Brand Design and Design Program Management to implement a structured and efficient process for shipping high-quality work across web, events, campaigns, and more.

Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with Design, Marketing, Product Marketing, and external vendors to guide projects forward and maintain executional efficiency. You'll manage core infrastructure (such as goal-setting, intake, prioritization, and task management), oversee the delivery of strategic projects, and advocate for design quality across the company. You'll make sure teams are unblocked and calmly moving in the right direction with the right support at the right time.

What excites us

  • 3 years experience in project management, program management, business operations, or product operations role in an in-house team.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working directly with design management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must clearly communicate with team members, vendors, and senior management regarding program details and status.
  • Experience partnering and managing expectations with cross-functional internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and IT.
  • Demonstrated history of helping teams deliver creative excellence in the face of ever-changing obstacles.
  • Ruthless prioritization skills and comfort saying no, even to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem solving, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Consummate team player eager to contribute.
