As the CTO you will be responsible for the technical vision and architecture of Pollen. You will develop and execute the technology strategy in line with Pollen's vision, with a focus on scalability, reliability and security.

Functions:

• Technical leadership and management of the Pollen platform
• Spend 20% hands on Solidity development
• Mentor, grow and nurture great development teams
• Implement best practices and guidelines to continually improve performance, scalability and security
• Work with our Protocol design team to translate protocol designs into actionable solidity development requirements
