3D/Motion Designer

At GOAT Group (alias, Flight Club and GOAT), our Brand teams tell stories - from who we are to what we stand for. As our company continues to grow, your work will play an important role in developing our brand point of view further and forging stronger relationships with our community. alias is a dedicated, global reselling app, that turns your sneakers, apparel and accessories into currency.

As a 3D/Motion Designer, you'll work closely with our Design Lead to tell the story of alias in the digital world, through in-house experimentations, industry-leading brand campaigns and creative partnerships.

In this role you will:

• Produce work that demonstrates a strong sense of Motion and 3D composition, with a high level of creativity and innovation
• Create brand campaigns, digital experiences, social media content, activations and more
• Work cross functionally with product and content teams to deliver a cohesive message that is premium, polished and best in class

• An individual who understands culture and is constantly seeking what's new in technology, fashion, and social media
• An excellent understanding of how to apply our brand aesthetics to motion and 3D design, as well as a desire to push the boundaries of what technology can offer

• A highly detailed individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication with the rest of the design team
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willing to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can effectively articulate, evangelize and defend your ideas
• Proficient in Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite (esp. After Effects), Figma and any other relevant software
