As part of our Talent Sourcing Pilot Program, we are seeking a talented Sourcing Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Sourcing Coordinator will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. The Sourcing Coordinator will assist the recruitment team in sourcing and hiring the best candidates for various positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review Recruiter and Hiring Manager inboxes to source passive talent that we've received interest from.

Manage and track applicant data using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or other software, uploading interested candidates into our ATS system to get them in process.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify key candidate profiles that align with the company's needs.

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

When applicable, ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed about the hiring process and providing timely feedback.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.

Assist recruitment coordinators in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Sourcing, or Recruiting.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Acquisition Coordinator
  • Experience thriving in fast paced work environments and managing multiple tasks.
  • Track record for working well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience using a top tier ATS (we use Greenhouse!)
  • Experience setting expectations with multiple stakeholders at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Any certification or formal training as a Recruitment Coordinator/Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a plus
