We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst who will partner with our Engineering, Product, and G&A divisions.

This role will provide strategic analysis and financial insights to business partners while managing our close, forecast, and expense review processes. This opportunity will involve direct partnership with leaders in our EPD and G&A organizations. A successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles partnering with business leaders and providing key insights that drive critical business decisions. This is a highly quantitative role that requires a robust understanding of the mechanics and unit economics of software businesses.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Provide thought leadership and a financial lens to drive key EPD & G&A strategic initiatives, and help develop both short-term and long-term policies
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
• Drive monthly financial close and forecasting activities, including annual planning
• Identify key operational metrics that business partners leverage to make hiring decisions
• Identify and drive efficiency opportunities with engineering and operational teams
• Enhance our reporting and tracking of our strategic initiatives within the EPD and G&A organizations
• Improve existing processes and drive automation of operational related tasks

You are a good fit if you have:

• 5+ years experience in strategic corporate finance, investment banking, operations, or a similar function; at least 2-3 years of experience on an FP&A/Strategic Finance team specifically
• The ability to work quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
• Previous experience as a strategic partner to the business, either in an FP&A or operational capacity
• Strong financial modeling, communication and program management skills
• Financial planning system development experience using Pigment, Anaplan, or similar planning tool
• Previous experience / familiarity with SaaS efficiency metrics, KPIs, and concepts
• Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team

You'll have an edge if you:

• Have strong SQL knowledge / dbt Cloud experience
• Have Snowflake / Looker experience
• Share your ideas openly and confidently with your team and other members in the organization

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $109,000 - $141,000
• Equity Stake*
