The Figma Research team is looking for a Researcher to scale our Rapid Research program. This program connects teams to customers throughout the development process, so they can iterate confidently with a deep understanding of impacts to customers.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the continental United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

Conduct iterative studies (e.g., interviews, concept tests, and betas) that connect teams to their target audiences throughout the development cycle
Workshop research observations to make immediate, actionable decisions
Streamline the note-taking, analysis, prioritization, and reporting process with templates
Build case studies and tutorials to evangelize the program with teams
Socialize learnings in creative ways across the organization

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

2+ years conducting research in a fast-paced product development environment
Understanding or experience working on complex, technical applications (Figma experience is a bonus!)
Methodological skill that you can teach others
Experience managing stakeholder relationships (agency experience is a bonus!)
Experience iterating on organization-level programs (building from the ground-up is a bonus!)
