We are looking to hire an Order Operations Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ to help support the Quote to Cash process at dbt Labs. This role will provide direct support to the Order Operations Manager and they will be responsible for quote review and order booking operations on a daily basis.

- Code, not graphical user interfaces, is the best abstraction to express complex analytic logic
- Data analysts should adopt similar practices and tools to software developers
- Critical analytics infrastructure should be controlled by its users as open source software

We are looking to hire an Order Operations Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce CPQ to help support the Quote to Cash process at dbt Labs. This role will provide direct support to the Order Operations Manager and they will be responsible for quote review and order booking operations on a daily basis.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Review quotes for approval in Salesforce including configuration, additional terms, payment terms, etc.
- Provide CPQ guidance and support to Sales Directors
- Identify areas for process improvement and streamlining
- Analyze fully executed Order Forms to ensure quote accuracy prior to order booking
- Book primary quotes to order for closed won opportunities
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries/disputes as they arise
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product
You are a good fit if you:
- BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing
- Proficient knowledge and comprehension of quote to cash processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Quote review experience
- Order contract validation and booking experience
- High growth start-up experience
You'll have an edge if:
- Process automation and improvement experience
- NetSuite experience
- Stripe experience
- Slack and Notion experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $95,000-$110,000
- Equity Stake

- A call with a recruiter
- A video call with our Order Operations Manager
- A panel round of separate video interviews with our Head of Accounting, Senior Accountant, Business Systems Engineering Manager, and Senior Commercial Counsel
