Our user base has doubled in the last year alone, and we have paid over $3.5 billion directly to creators on our platform. In order to support this level of growth, Patreon is looking for an Engineering Leader, Growth to join our San Francisco team.

What you will do:

• Build and lead world-class product engineering teams that work full-stack.
• Work on opportunities across the entire Patreon product surface
• Take accountability & ownership for big impact and strategic areas of investment to drive direct value to creators and membership
• Work in a cross-functional strong partnership with Product, Design, DS, Finance and teams that directly interface with our creators
• Expand on our strong culture of hypothesis, experimentation, metrics-focused measurement
• Be an advocate and represent your team's work in company-wide forums
• Participate in company-wide hiring activities such as recruiting, interviewing, and closing top candidates.

• Excellent communication and prioritization skills with the ability to lead through influence
• High EQ and personable approach to management with a focus on coaching and mentoring.
