We are seeking a self-driven Data Engineer to join our small but growing Billing integrations Team. As an early hire to our newly formed team, you'll help build and shape the backbone for all billing products across the organization. You'll work with Data Engineers, Finance, Billing and Data Analysts, as well as other internal teams to define and shape data pipelines supporting key billing initiatives. You'll also support the relationship between BI, Finance, Reporting and Data Engineering as we build out new products and capabilities to support our business and clients.

You At Attentive

You will work with cross functional teams to define and implement billing requirements
You will work with engineers to model data and build scalable data pipelines for billing related functions
You will be responsible for accuracy and timeliness of billing data
You are a motivated self starter with a high attention to detail
You have experience with SQL
You have experience with Python and API integrations
You have experience with ETL development
You are a team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
2+ years of data/software engineering experience

Nice to Have

You have proficiency or experience with Airflow
You have proficiency or experience with AWS
You have proficiency or experience with DBT
You have experience with NetSuite or other ERP products

BI at Attentive

We have access to Python, Snowflake, SQL, DBT for development
Our data visualization tool is Looker
Our product backend is Java and Python microservices coupled with Spark, Kinesis, AirFlow, Snowflake, and Postgres, all hosted on AWS
Our team supports stakeholders from finance, client strategy, product management, sales, marketing, engineering, designers, and the leadership team
