Attentive is actively seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team, supporting analytics needs across the organization. You'll help define and support KPIs and build dashboards that enable better decision-making. You'll also help maintain and enhance the relationship between the BI team and the rest of the organization, empowering team members to reach out and request analytical support as they need it. A self-starter, excited about working in a data-driven environment, who is motivated by making a measurable, visible impact, is an excellent fit for this role.

Attentive is actively seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team, supporting analytics needs across the organization. About You:
- 1+ year of professional analytics experience
- High level of proficiency with SQL
- A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities, as well as the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through - you can't help but ask "why?" and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions
- Experience with at least one BI visualization tool, Looker experience is a huge plus.
- Exposure to working in or near a fast-paced software development team with a focus on deliverables.
You @ Attentive:
- You will work with leads across the company to determine and define analytics requirements
- You will manage and maintain dashboards for teams across the organization in support of key business decisions
- You will be an active thought partner for the team, striving to question, enhance, and support work that is both in-flight as well as well established.
BI @ Attentive:
- Our primary data visualization tool is Looker.
- We have access to Python, R, Snowflake, SQL, and DBT for analyses.
- Our data backend is based in Java and Python microservices coupled with Spark, Kinesis, AirFlow, Snowflake, and Postgres, all hosted on AWS.
- Our team supports stakeholders from client strategy, product management, sales, marketing, engineering, designers, and the leadership team.
- Attentive believes in success through product innovation and data-driven decision-making.
