Main responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis to provide advice on company policy
Construct and implement strategies to drive growth
Improve user experience through analysis of user data and trends
Design success metrics and product testing plans

Essential experience:

Professional data analysis experience
Data aggregation ability, utilizing SQL
Data science experience (R/Python)
Understanding of statistics
Experience working with product managers and designers

Preferred experience:

User research
Project management
Business planning
