Overview

Responsible for supporting the Sales & Business Development technology and system support testing to identify best practices and streamline business workflow to increase productivity for the organization. Will maintain system optimization to ensure the software is providing the needed leads, analysis, and intelligence to increase activity and productivity. The individual will support the set up and evolving the system for success, working collaboratively with the Sales Technology Manager, Leaders in Marketing, Sales, Business Development Management, and BPR to develop strategy and implement updates within the CRM and BD & Sales Technology stack. They will ensure the data remains clean and usable, and help create reports that empower other leaders and teammates to better drive success.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures including test/use cases.
- Understanding of all sales tools such as Salesloft, Sales Force.com, Leandata, Oracle, Marketo, and any new software applications.
- Standardizing processes, implementing procedures and documenting business processes.
- Managing systems testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Communicating and informing Manager of any changes, updates, and concerns regarding the overall technology enhancements, break fix and business requirements.
- Coordinating with Marketing Technology team to develop strategic campaign data resource lists for business development department.
- Identifying opportunities for sales support to streamline entire sales process along with measure activities' results.
- Performing as primary liaison to Product Development, Operations, IT, BPR and various departments as required.
- Ensuring to grow and assist revenue targets along with future growth targets.
- Supporting sales, marketing as well as customer service.
- Developing system support for deriving main sales metrics from existing CRM system by system testing.
- Working closely with Director and Team to build out the SOW and infrastructure for today's CRM.
- Clean up and maintenance of large data sets.
- Maintaining accuracy of project data and pipeline information in CRM.
- Monitoring progress and ROI of campaigns.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Effective time management skills and ability to multitask required.
- Hands on experience with CRM software.
- Proficient in Excel Microsoft Office products.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
