About the role:

You will be responsible for building customer trust by bringing your domain expertise to customer calls. You will partner closely with operations and customer success to create a first in class customer experience while providing technical customer solutions for key post sales accounts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Licensing, Payer Enrollment or Credentialing (more than one is a plus)
• Affable demeanor (bonus if prior customer-facing experience)
• Efficient and clear communicator
• Organized

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Medallions Operations team to build and maintain deep subject matter knowledge in Licensing, Payer Enrollment, Payer Contracting and Credentialing
• Join onboarding/implementation/ongoing calls with clients to answer SME-specific questions
• Project manage client engagements to ensure Medallion services are being deployed and leveraged successfully to drive customer results
• Build external resources for customers to answer SME-specific questions self-service
• Build internal resources to train the Customer Success team on SME and assist with training them on it
• Compensation Range: $90-120k depending on level and location
