Job Details:

Answer approximately 40-70 incoming calls per day
Answer general account questions
Make payment arrangements
Pay: $10.25/hr (pay incentives available after training)
Training Hours: 8am 5:00pm EST
Hours of Operation: 8am 11pm EST (you will get your shift during training and it will fall during the hours of operation could be four 10-hour days OR five 8 hour days MUST BE FLEXIBLE)

Call Center Specialist Job Requirements:

Must meet background, drug screen and employment verification
MUST have a router/modem and good internet connection NO WIFI OR SATELLITE
Must have High School Diploma/GED or similar
