Due to rapid growth, we are recruiting an experienced Service Provider Executive to join our Transport and Logistics team. They will ensure our 5-star customer experience is maintained through our third-party providers by closely managing their performance. We are looking for someone with account management or client relationship experience. You will have a thirst for data and will be able to hit the ground running in an exciting, rapidly moving department.
Responsibilities
- Managing service providers, maintaining ongoing relationships and building a wider network as we scale.
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure we are supporting the service in all aspects.
- Undertaking the management and oversight of the service level in accordance with Service Level Agreement, including regular meetings with our service providers
- Provide performance reporting to key stakeholders
- Manage incident escalations with our third-party providers
- Developing and implementing service standards across our network
Requirements
- A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard and as part of an enthusiastic team
- Strong demonstrable experience in an account or service management position
- A strong background in face 2 face contractor experience
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Self-motivated - personal drive and enthusiasm to continually improve and provide the best in all situations and able to readily embrace change
Salary - ?25,500 per annum
