Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service Desk.
  • Provide the first line of support for IT-related issues.
  • Provide accurate and creative solutions to customer problems to ensure quick resolutions.
  • Respond, track, and resolve reported service requests and incidents within SLA guidelines.
  • Ensure uptime, performance, resources, and security of the systems that are managed to meet the needs of users
  • Maintain office equipment including printers, audio-video equipment, and phone equipment
  • Handle deployment of computers to end-users using Windows and Mac
  • Deploy Services and / or Mac imaging servers
  • End-user support for both Windows and Mac
  • Knowledge of both Windows and Linux servers, Network equipment: (Juniper switches, routers, firewalls, Cisco Aruba controller and access points), Cisco Telepresence servers and Video endpoints, PBX and Telephone systems (programming and deployment of phones), Monitoring and alerting systems (Icinga, Nagios, Graylog), Desktop (Windows and Mac OSX experience)
  • Support web-based applications such as gSuite and other Google AppsSupport users in remote offices in Europe, as needed

Key Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of demonstrable experience in Desktop / User SupportResponsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of OpenX Corporate servers and network systems
  • Advanced knowledge of office networking equipment - switches, routers, wireless access points
  • Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 25 Kilos, as needed

Data provided to us directly by you :

We process the personal data contained in the job application sent by you and the information that you provide during the recruitment process (in particular, the data contained in your CV and additional data provided during the recruitment). They may include:

  • Qualification details (such as information about previous work experience or education);

Data from other sources : Basically, we collect data directly from you when you reply to our job advertisement. We sometimes obtain data about you from other sources, such as your previous employers (if you have consented to our collection of references), recruiters, market research companies, identity verification service providers, and information available online and on third party websites, including this on LinkedIn. Where you have consented to background checks and / or where permitted by law, we may also collect details of professional body record entries, sanctions imposed by professional bodies, financial audits or criminal convictions.

Information Automatically Collected : When you apply through the career page on our website, we may automatically collect certain information from your computer, mobile phone or other device. This may include, but is not limited to, information such as the computer's IP address, standard network log data, or browser type.

Storage of your data

Transfer outside the EEA
