We're looking to hire seasonal customer support specialists, for the upcoming Thanksgiving and holiday season. We have several shift options available, ranging from 20 - 40 hrs/wk, and we're happy to work with you to craft a schedule that makes sense for you.

Although this role is seasonal, we're aiming to extend long-term offers to high-performing specialists. We are a 100% remote company, so this role will remain remote post COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, via email
  • Answer questions about products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • (Optional) Assist customers over the phone

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Distraction-free home office
  • Stable internet connection
  • Interest in cooking & food is a plus
  • A good sense of humor doesn't hurt!

Company DescriptionWe are a San Francisco company that helps startups with their customer support. You will be doing support for our clients, but you will be managed and trained by our team. We are extremely friendly and we have a very positive work environment. We do all of our training and communication over video calls and chat, since the majority of the team are remote. There will be opportunities to take on more companies or expand your hours if you do a good job in this position.
