What you will need:

  • You must have access to a dedicated, quiet workspace
  • Comfortable and able to provide phone support
  • Strong data entry/typing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
  • Make good judgment decisions in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Well-rounded technology capability and reliable internet connection to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly.
