What you will need:

- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
- Make good judgment decisions in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Well-rounded technology capability and reliable internet connection to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly.
