We are seeking a talented Professional Services Engineer to make an immediate impact on our customers' security capabilities in a distributed enterprise setting. In this role, you will support our customers in implementing the AttackIQ platform and Security Optimization framework across several geographically distributed sites and over several protected enclaves. You will be the customer's technical expert concerning AttackIQ implementation and the practice of automated testing and control validation. Your work will be primarily technical, with additional requirements to train and support customer teams in developing processes to codify and procedurally/programmatically integrate their use of our platform.

In engaging with customers, you readily understand and are effective in addressing issues/needs at the technical and managerial levels.

This is an individual contributor, full-time, remote position, that can be worked anywhere in North America. We offer a competitive total rewards and benefits package for full-time employees. Required

  • United States Citizenship and Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
  • Ability to commit to a ~ 30%travel requirement, US &/or International, as needed.
  • Proven experience in security operations, including demonstrating, installing, and troubleshooting security products.

Preferred

Prior experience implementing and administering cyber security and infrastructure-based security controls, such as: Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies, Vuln, and EDR.
