The Role

In doing so, Customer Success is an essential part of the company's success, supporting our customers in the best possible way to understand Personio and unleash the full potential of their HR teams. As Knowledge Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for our internal knowledge base. You will ensure that knowledge about internal processes and our product is managed and distributed effectively and efficiently within the Customer Operations and Success department. In addition, you will support our Educational Content team in the creation and analysis of customer information materials.

  • You are responsible for the content and optimization of the internal knowledge base of the Customer Operations and Success (COpS) department (in Confluence as well as other linked knowledge systems).
  • You develop efficient and effective processes for internal information dissemination and ensure smooth access to knowledge for all COpS employees.
  • You support our customer communication for training and information purposes by creating and updating content on all relevant channels (esp. help center, newsletter, video tutorials, in-app notifications).
  • You will analyze the effectiveness of optimization initiatives by monitoring knowledge base usage and assessing its impact in terms of organizational value.
  • You will support the Educational Content team in analyzing and developing channel-specific performance KPI reporting.

What you need to succeed

  • You have several years of professional experience in knowledge management, content management or similar tasks
  • You are absolutely confident in using knowledge management systems, preferably with experience in Confluence administration.
  • You have experience in optimizing internal knowledge documentation (both in terms of content and structure as well as search efficiency) as well as in developing and pursuing adequate strategies.
  • You are technically proficient and confident in working with a complex system environment.
  • Your strong linguistic as well as grammatical skills and excellent expressive ability distinguish you.
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English. German skills would be a plus.
  • You are structured, self-organized and have a strong analytical and data-oriented mindset.
