Customer Support

We are immediately hiring Customer Support Representatives for a small business-financing company in Lehi. You will act as a liaison, providing information on products and services as well as helping resolve any customer problems over phone, email, and chat. Pay starts at $18/hr. You will need to have full availability to work between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday. Specific full-time schedules will be assigned after training.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints over phone, email, and chat
• Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years Customer Service experience over the phone
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
