Codecademy for Business is a new group within Codecademy that builds products aimed at helping businesses of all sizes create, curate, and deliver technical training at scale to their learners. Current clients include companies like: Amazon, Lyft, Shopify, and Spotify. We've recently launched a new b2b product that helps large companies tackle a major business problem: efficient technical training and onboarding. To build, lead, and motivate a high performing sales team to hit targets, exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs, we are looking to hire an exceptional Customer Success Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Build relationships with clients driving renewals, retention and upsells
  • Autonomously identify potential high growth opportunities within your book of business
  • Cross-sell clients full suite of b2b product and services
  • Help build processes and best practices around client services
  • Manage and build close relationships with existing Tier-1 clients
  • Onboard clients to our platform
  • Build an automated engagement process for Tier-2 clients
  • Support growth of product by understanding user needs and deficiencies in current product
  • Troubleshoot client needs and ad hoc issues
  • Ensure product engagement and satisfaction

What you'll need:

  • 3-4 years of account management or customer success experience
  • A sense of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience leading client QBRs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An innovative mindset--we're constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
  • Loves working with people and clients
  • Ability to build things that scale

What will make you stand out:

  • Previous experience with CRMs and data analytic tools like Hubspot, SalesForce, Tableau, and Looker
  • Previous experience working in ed-tech, or in a b2b sales role
  • Experience working in a SaaS or subscription based business
  • Enjoys talking, selling, and pitching a product to clients
  • Has worked on sales campaigns
