What will you be doing as our Customer Success Enablement Specialist?

The Customer Success Enablement Specialist is a collaborative role where we would identify and deliver training, design, create and maintain resources and processes to ensure our Customer Success teams (including Partner Success teams) are equipped to help customers and Cutover partners achieve their goals.

The Customer Enablement team is responsible to design, create and maintain customer facing resources and content to decrease time to value for Cutover customers, users and partners, and provide continuous upskilling that drives business goals (platform adoption, customer retention and expansion).

  • What you'll be doing as our Customer Success Enablement Specialist...
  • Co-curate and maintain customer facing training content and resources, including self-paced courses, certification exams, instructor-led training material, and ongoing enablement
  • Coordinate and deliver relevant trainings and enablement programme to the global Customer Success team
  • Coordinate and deliver relevant customer facing trainings and enablement programme to our customers and partners
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Convert company priorities and newly launched initiatives into actionable steps for the CS team
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing team on marketing campaigns for our existing customers
  • What we'd like you to bring to the table...
  • Passion for learning - developing, mentoring, training and upleveling skills.
  • Understanding of Customer Success competencies (worked as CSM)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Action orientated
  • Work well with ambiguity

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience in CS enablement or marketing
  • Experience in eLearning course design, instructional design, or graphic design work
  • Experience in creating video contents
  • Customer facing training experience (virtual)
