Customer Service Researcher

Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring a researcher to work for a background check company to start immediately!

This is a remote position (WFH)

Pay rate: $15 to $16 PH depending on experience

Hours: 1st shift - Part time or Full time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct criminal background checks, employment verifications, education verifications, MVR checks, and all other types of searches, whether online, by phone, by fax, or any other method required by entity where records are held.
• Process SSN verifications ensuring that forms are property and thoroughly completed in accordance with internal written guidelines to ensure annual audit compliance.
• Conduct other necessary research and data compilation.
• Enter search results accurately into online system immediately to minimize turn-around time.
• Understand and adhere to all company privacy, security, and compliance policies.
• Keep supervisor apprised of any delays in obtaining search information.
• Review vendor files for completion and assist other researchers as needed.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Handle special projects or additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Prepare reports as needed for management review.
