Customer Service Representatives

We are preparing to add a group of motivated customer Care representatives to our team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a call center OR healthcare environment. Details:

• Starting May 10th
• $16.78/hr
• Woodland Hills, CA (Currently Remote but subject to change)
• 6-7 weeks of paid training (must have perfect attendance during training)

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions are taken.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-year of customer service required
• 1-year of call center experience OR 1-year of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Must have set up- high-speed internet, cell phone, and/or landline devise, laptop and/or desktop
• Post-training- You will use your own equipment until the WFH bundle is fully procured/sent to the worker. (Bundle may be issued prior)
