Responsibilities

  • Conduct survey work,
  • Handle inquiries from customers
  • Database entry
  • Handle inbound, outbound calls and emails from customers
  • Provide customers with positive experience
  • Deal with highly confidential information in a secure environment
  • May be responsible for multiple programs and working cross-functionally through program

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and/or French coupled with professional phone etiquette
  • Proven ability to achieve targets
  • Dedication to maintaining a superior customer experience
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills
  • Enthusiastic and a positive "can do" attitude
  • Must have a DSL or Cable internet connection already at your home – No cell phone hotspots or WiFi.
  • Must have a dedicated work space within the home free of distractions
  • Must have your own equipment.

    • As part of the recruitment and hiring process, Affinity Global will conduct a Criminal Background check. Applicants must be able to provide 2 pieces of IDs (at least one photo ID) at the end of the interview. Three references are also required to complete your application.

      If successful, the training will start on January 26, 2021. The training will be online for 4-8 hours. The shifts after training will be Monday-Saturday 7AM to 7PM.
