Job Description:

  • Field inbound calls assisting healthcare members with their policy questions..

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients and other staff members.
  • Medical office or medical scheduling knowledge.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required.

Work From Home – Speed Test Required. Equipment Provided.

Pay, Shift and Job Length:

  • Pay: $14.50/ hr
  • Shift: Monday - 8 hour shift between 8am and 6pm, then three 4 hour days OR four 3 hour days
  • Job Duration: 4- 5 month contract to hire convert to a permanent position based on job performance and business need.
