Job Summary

Our client has a mission to raise the bar for healthcare for everyone, everywhere! To meet the growing demands of people needing answers we have a need for experienced, bilingual, talented CSR/Customer Care Representatives to handle inbound calls. This is an immediate opportunity!!!! If you are looking for an opportunity to work from home, have high-speed internet access, and can commit to a full time. We want to speak with you!

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls (15-50 per day depending on business needs)
  • Create member accounts.
  • Arrange member callbacks.
  • Direct members towards their local health providers.

Note: This is a temporary remote position

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Spanish (Plus)
  • Call center or CSR experience (plus)
  • HIPPA certified (plus)
  • Benefits Background/HR Experience (plus)
  • Healthcare/ Insurance Related Experience (plus)
  • Data entry experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow a defined process
  • G Suite experience
  • Slack Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Amazon Workspaces Experience (plus)
  • Chat experience (plus)
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass HIPAA certification during on-boarding

Work hours

  • 8am to 5pm PST

  • Depends on Experience
