- Location: The candidate can be located anywhere in the State of Arizona (100% Remote/Work from Home)
- Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST / 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST)
- Pay Rate: $16/hr on W2 without any additional healthcare and medical benefits
- Start Date: ASAP
- Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquires and claims.
- The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat, and callback interactions.
- Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed.
- Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
- Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
- Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.
- Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable and able to adhere to a schedule.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Effective listening skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment.
