Position Details:
  • Position: Contact Center/Customer Service Representative
  • Job duration: 12 months (Extension possible)
  • Location: The candidate can be located anywhere in the State of Arizona (100% Remote/Work from Home)
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST / 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST)
  • Pay Rate: $16/hr on W2 without any additional healthcare and medical benefits
  • Start Date: ASAP
Position Summary:
  • Epiq Systems Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquires and claims.
  • The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat, and callback interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed.
  • Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
  • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
  • Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
  • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.
  • Other projects as assigned by supervisor.

  • Customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail.
